Dr. Mamuka Andguladze chairs the Media Advocacy Coalition, which unites 16 non-governmental organizations working on media-related issues. He has a professional background of fifteen years monitoring and evaluating the media environment in Georgia and in EaP countries.  Mamuka Andguladze is the author/co-author of several reports, blogs, or statements concerning topics such as media freedom, journalistic rights, the advertising market, etc.  Mamuka Andguladze has a PhD and LL.M degrees obtained in Germany at Saarland University.
