Eto Buziashvili
Research Fellow | Atlantic Council
Eto Buziashvili is a Research Fellow at the Atlantic Council’s DFRLab, where she leads its work on Russia. Her research focuses on Russian FIMI targeting Europe, counter-FIMI policy, and digital authoritarianism. She also leads institutional partnerships across Europe.
For three consecutive years (2022–2024), Eto served as an adviser on Russia for Freedom House’s annual Freedom on the Net report. In 2024, NATO named her one of its “20 Women Fighting Information Threats.”
Prior to joining the Atlantic Council in 2019, Eto advised Georgia’s National Security Council and held several national security roles in the public sector.
