Lisa Mobrand is a senior analyst, specializing in societal resilience, comprehensive defence, cultural heritage, and Media and information literacy. She is also a reservist in the Swedish Armed forces.
 
She has a Master in theology and religious studies from Uppsala University, a bachelor in political science and a master in leadership and command systems from the Swedish Defence university.
