Dr. Maxim Ryabkov is Head of Unit Europe at Deutsche Welle Akademie since 2020. Among his previous engagements, he worked for the Open Society Foundation, American University in Central Asia,  and was Director of the OSCE Academy in Bishkek in 2009-2013. Maxim Ryabkov is a graduate of Central European University (MA 2007, Ph.D. 2005)
